The Administration department is headed up by Gail Pullen who has recently joined the executive committee.

Our members join electronically via an electronic application form and are sent the necessary new members information pack which consists of a welcome letter / the constitution / code of conduct / banking details / latest newsletter.

The admin department ensures that the new members load telegram on their phones and are added to the Members as well as the Crime Report Telegram groups.

The admin department also adds the members to the whatsapp sub committees based on their areas of interest and if a patroller they advise the Ops Director who then takes the necessary actions.

Each member is also requested to make a nominal monthly contribution being R50pm for pensioners or R100 per month per family under 60 years old. These payments are discounted if paid in advance with 2x free months ie R500 and R1000 respectively. These funds are used on the operational side of the watch.
